VEPS

Veps are a four piece band from Oslo, Norway that consists of Laura Dodson (guitar/vocals), June K. Urholt (bass), Helena M. Olasveengen (keys/vocals) and Maja B. Berge (drums).

After signing to NYC based label Kanine Records, they released their debut EP «Open The Door» in the spring of 2021. The EP showcases a songwriting sensibility far beyond their years. With a seamless blend of 90s indie aesthetic and classic pop hooks Veps (which means wasp in Norwegian, by the way) already have their very own, fully formed sound.

Veps have been touring extensively, recently playing several European showcase festivals as well as their first headliner UK club tour. The band have also been in the studio with producer Matias Tellez, so you can expect more of the same thrilling indie pop coming your way very soon.
