Metallica Announce Phase 2 Of Special Pressings Of Studio Albums On Limited Edition Coloured Vinyl

Following the first phase of pressings of Metallica’s first five studio albums on special limited edition coloured vinyl, available ex-North America, the band today announce an exciting second phase – kicking off April 5th.

Phase two includes Garage, Inc., St. Anger, Death Magnetic, and Hardwired…To Self-Destruct. Each month from April – July 2024 will see a new title/colourway being released.

This second drop will consist of:

Garage, Inc., the compilation album of cover songs will be released on April 5th 2024 and pressed on 140g ‘Fade To Blue’ limited edition coloured vinyl.

St. Anger, featuring the lead single “St. Anger” which earned the band their seventh Grammy® award, this album will be released on 3^rd May 2024 and pressed on 140g ‘Some Kind Of Orange’ limited edition coloured vinyl.

Death Magnetic, Kerrang and Metal Hammer’s album of the year in 2008, and Grammy® award winner, will be released on 7^th June 2024 and pressed on 140g ‘Magnetic Silver’ limited edition coloured vinyl.

Hardwired… To Self-Destruct, #1 in Rolling Stone’s best metal albums of 2016, will be released on 5^th July 2024 and pressed on 180g ‘Flame Orange’ limited edition coloured vinyl.

*Each pressing will come with a digital download card.
