Tom Walker Nominated for Two BRITs Awards

What a 12 months it’s been for Tom Walker! After seeing his single  ‘Leave A Light On’ become an international hit in 2018, the UK’s biggest breakout star has started 2019 with a bang having been nominated for two BRIT Awards: British Breakthrough Act and British Single! His new single ‘Just You And I’ impacts February 22nd on Relentless/Sony Music.

‘Leave A Light On’ was named in the top 40 songs of the year in the UK, was no.1 on iTunes in 20 countries, became the 6th most Shazammed track in the world, went platinum in 10 countries and saw him perform on the X Factor (twice) and TOTP! The year ended with Tom also bagging a number of awards including Sync Artist of the Year at the Music Week Sync Awards and the ASCAP Vanguard Award (previous recipients include Dua Lipa, Jess Glynn and Calvin Harris).

Taken from his debut album ‘What A Time To Be Alive’ (out March 1st), ‘Just You And I’ is produced by Mark Ralph (Years & Years, Clean Bandit, Rudimental) and has already become a firm fan favourite, sound-tracking First Dances at many a wedding!
